Clara holds an MSc in Policy Analysis and Global Governance from the University of the West of Scotland and previously served with the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), where she gained valuable experience in public policy implementation, evidence-based decision-making, and public service. A passionate advocate for gender equality, equity, and inclusion, she is committed to empowering women through economic opportunities and financial independence while working alongside communities and partners to create lasting social change.

Evelyn Uzoma serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Centre for the Advancement and Protection of the Rights of Vulnerable People (CAPRIGHTS-VP), providing strategic oversight and governance to advance the organisation's mission and long-term vision.
