CAPRIGHTS-VP EMPOWERS 100 VULNERABLE WOMEN IN LAGOS THROUGH ITS VILLAGE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION(VSLA)

Centre for The Advancement and Protection of Right of Vulnerable People (CAPRIGHTS) has empowered 100 vulnerable women in Lagos through its ‘Reclaim your future’, which started last December 15.

The programme was supported by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Netherlands, through Oxfam under its VOICE programme.

terday, the project coordinator, Mrs. Agatha Chinedu  said the programme was aimed at empowering women to reclaim their future because most women are downtrodden, and are passing through difficult times that they cannot tell others.
